Jackeline Vargas, received her Master’s degree in Psychological Services in 2003 at Kean University. Mrs. Vargas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and attained her education and training at Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Vargas has over a decade of experience working in both the public and the private sectors. Jackeline is fluent in both English and Spanish and utilize the Spanish language to provide mental health services to the Hispanic population.

Mrs. Vargas has direct care experience working with individuals, family, couples, and groups. Jackeline specializes in providing services to children/adolescents, adults, family and couples. Jackeline is knowledgeable in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and trained in EMDR and Human Trafficking. Mrs. Vargas is driven by a desire to help others overcome personal obstacles and achieve mental wellness.

Her approach is rooted in active listening and deep empathy, ensuring that she can provide the highest level of care to those in need. Mrs. Vargas believes in fostering a safe place that allows clients to explore their emotions and achieve personal growth.
