Isabelle Vetta, APSW, SAC-IT

Therapist

Isabelle is passionate about helping people feel more grounded, understood, and supported, especially during life’s more overwhelming moments. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance issues, eating disorders, and OCD, and has experience with much more. Isabelle provides a safe space where clients can show up exactly as they are free from judgment.

Isabelle is an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) and Substance Abuse Counselor In Training (SAC-IT) therapist who completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology from UW-Madison and her Master’s in Social Work from UW-Whitewater. She has experience in all levels of care, including the Residential Adult OCD Program and Partial Hospitalization Eating Disorder programs at Rogers Behavioral Health, as well as the Partial Hospitalization Co-Occurring Program with Waukesha County.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. She draws from evidence-based practices, including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while keeping the focus on what actually works for each individual in real life. No matter what challenges you’re facing, Isabelle will support you in developing practical strategies to find clarity, healing, and confidence while navigating your journey at your own pace.

When she is not working, Isabelle enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with friends and family. She also enjoys spending time on the water in the summer and skiing in the winter. She is currently accepting new clients and has some evening spots available!
