Isaac Dumay, RMHCI

Therapist

I support teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic pain, or the emotional toll of high performance—especially athletes. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether from past experiences or present pressures. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, identifying unhelpful patterns like self-doubt or catastrophic thinking and replacing them with healthier ones. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and find relief. Healing starts with connection—and it’s okay to ask for help. You’re not alone in this process.
