Currently, Ingrid is Licensed as a Resident in Counseling in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her goal is to build strong relationships through connection and help guide, support, and challenge those of all ages to navigate life stressors and emotions that are affecting day-to-day life. Ingrid provides a safe, and welcoming environment and can provide resources to help reach personal goals and potential solutions. Life is hard and we all make mistakes, so why not lean on each other for support, love, and guidance and learn from life lessons, not losses.
