India supports clients through a wide range of challenges, including relationships, boundaries, identity, life transitions, PTSD/CPTSD, ADHD, and addiction. As a BIPOC woman, India welcomes individuals from all cultural backgrounds, recognizing the complexities of today’s social climate.
As an Art Therapist, she offers a nonverbal approach to self-exploration, helping clients access both conscious and subconscious aspects of their experiences. She embraces all forms of creativity, whether through doodling, collaging, multimedia techniques, or painting. In addition to art therapy, she integrates Internal Family Systems, mindfulness techniques, and psychotherapy to create a holistic and personalized approach to healing.
Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, beliefs, self-esteem, and vision for their ideal self. She understands the challenges of authenticity and self-discovery and invites those seeking a more meaningful life to find support that aligns with their values.
