Holly earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is a Resident Counselor who works with teens, adults, and couples supporting their mental and emotional well-being through a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Holly integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Biblical counseling when appropriate. She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, life transitions, boundary setting, family dynamics, couple dynamics, and faith-related challenges.
Holly’s work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. She collaborates with each client to align the therapeutic process with their personal goals, fostering growth, healing, and lasting change.
