Holly enjoys working with teens and adults experiencing avoidance due to anxiety, as well as those experiencing difficulties with chronic pain or disability. Holly specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, as well as helping clients build self-understanding and confidence using ACT and fostering self-compassion. Her personal experience with these challenges allows her to offer empathy, compassion, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. She attended the University of Denver’s Morgridge College of Education, where she received her MA in Counseling Psychology.
