Hebah Nijem is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges while growing towards greater confidence, resilience, and connection.
Hebah believes that healing happens through authentic relationships and meeting clients where they are. Her approach is grounded in person-centered care and integrates Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy (CBPT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and trauma-informed practices. As a Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner, she helps clients develop greater awareness of the mind-body connection and build skills for emotional regulation and self-understanding.
In addition to her work with children and adolescents, Hebah enjoys supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and personal growth. She also holds certification in Spiritual Competency and welcomes conversations about spirituality when they are meaningful to the client.
Outside of the therapy room, Hebah enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, exploring creative crafts, and nurturing her own sense of play and curiosity.
