Do you find yourself in an high pressure job? Are you feeling burnt out or disconnected in life? Dealing with a big change or trouble with your kids?
Heather works with adults, children, and families struggling with a variety of concerns. She enjoys working with people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them — whether in career, relationships, or personal well-being.
When working with clients, Heather draws from different theories like Adlerian and psychodynamic and uses evidence-informed approaches such as narrative therapy, internal family systems, solution-focused techniques, and somatic practices.
She believes true healing involves creativity, mind-body awareness, and a connection to something greater — whether that’s community, nature, spirituality, or a renewed sense of self.
Heather is a Licensed Associate Counseling in the state of NJ, and has received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Monmouth University.
