Hannah Rex, LPC, works with individuals ages 11 and up and families who are navigating life’s challenges. She has a strong passion for supporting teens, especially those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life transitions. This includes individuals stepping down from higher levels of care such as PHP and IOP programs.
Hannah is committed to creating an inclusive and safe space for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. Using a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, she helps clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen confidence.
Hannah understands that therapy can feel difficult at times, but believes we are all worth the time it takes to work on ourselves.
