Hannah Pell holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College. She has experience working in both school-based and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and families. Hannah’s work includes parent coaching, where she collaborate swith parents and guardians to explore strengths, address challenges, and develop supportive strategies for their children.
Hannah has worked with clients experiencing a range of diagnoses and life experiences, including anxiety, ADHD, grief, autism, depression, and body image concerns. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating elements of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
Hannah is also trained in the DIR/Floortime model, a client-centered, developmental approach that emphasizes understanding each client’s individual needs, strengths, and differences.
