Hannah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (LMFT-C) who is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space for clients across the lifespan. She has experience in eating disorder treatment, focusing particularly on body image concerns and the role of social media and societal pressures on mental health, including work with adolescent females (ages 12–17).
While working with clients of all genders, ages, and life stages, Hannah has a special interest in women’s mental health, including prenatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, and the transition into and through parenthood. She also supports clients navigating identity shifts, parent-related guilt, relational strain, and adjustment-related challenges across life transitions. Hannah takes an integrative and collaborative approach, meeting each client where they are and adapting therapy to fit their unique needs and goals. She draws from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Bowen Family Systems Theory.
Hannah believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen and supported. She is dedicated to helping clients build insight, resilience, and confidence as they move toward growth and healing.
