Hanna is an empathetic and dedicated mental health professional who meets clients where they are with empathy, warmth, and respect. She creates a safe space where individuals can explore healing and growth at their own pace. Hanna holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a minor in Women’s Studies. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and holistic approaches to support each client’s unique journey. Her interventions are thoughtfully personalized to meet the individual needs of every person. Hanna has experience working with children and adolescents (ages 6–17), as well as individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and substance use. She also has experience integrating experiential modalities such as equine-assisted therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and eco-therapy to foster connection, regulation, and resilience.
