Hello, I’m Grace. I am so glad you’re here! I am a pre-licensed therapist with a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Moravian University. I have experience working with adolescents in the school-based setting and have experience helping clients address challenges with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, trauma and LGBTQ+ issues.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, while also pulling from psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I love to implement creativity, humor, and authenticity into the therapy space in hopes that it can soften the anxiety and apprehension that many individuals may face when it comes to therapy.
I believe in creating a safe space for marginalized identities and employing a social justice and feminist framework. When working with clients, I like to meet them where they are, work collaboratively, and provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
Outside of working, I love spending time with my cat, hanging out with family and friends, and listening to music (mostly Chappell Roan).
I look forward to working with you!
