Clinician

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a season of change, or carrying the weight of unresolved trauma? As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where teens and adults can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and hope. Whether you’re struggling with depression, trauma, life transitions, or mental health challenges, you’re not alone—and change is possible.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that healing happens in the context of trust, and I walk alongside each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect.

For clients who desire faith-based support, I integrate Christian counseling into our work, drawing on spiritual insight as a source of resilience, guidance, and identity. I welcome all individuals, meeting each person where they are in their journey—emotionally, spiritually, and culturally.

I’ve worked in both shelter and clinical settings, serving diverse populations and supporting clients navigating complex life experiences. I understand the importance of creating a space where individuals can feel safe, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

Reaching out for help is a powerful first step. If you’re ready to explore therapy in a space that honors your story, your values, and your goals, I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
