Gonzalo Guerra, LGPC

Therapist

Gonzalo (they/he/she) is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. They have worked with folks experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, gender dysphoria, schizophrenia, and folks on the autism spectrum. They have held therapeutic relationships with people across different developmental stages, between 6-90 years old.

They employ CBT and ACT in their approach to counseling and they strive to work from decolonial, postcolonial, and feminist perspectives. This is why they use the relational cultural model in counseling as they believe that healing and resilience can occur through connections. Their primary goal in session is to establish a nurturing and therapeutic relationship that empowers clients in their emotional life.
