Gina Flores, LICSW

Clinical Director

Gina Flores is a clinical social worker.  She earned her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University.  With over 20 years of experience as a therapist and program supervisor, Gina provides mental health treatment to children, teens, families, and adults.  Gina’s past experiences have given her the opportunity to provide services in the home, outpatient setting and at school.  She offers a non-judgmental, safe space where clients can express themselves authentically, knowing they are met with acceptance and care.

Gina meets individuals and families where they are on their journey, helping them work toward their goals with a strength-based, solution-focused approach. While she incorporates various treatment modalities, Gina often leans towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and replace unhelpful thoughts with more helpful and healthier ones. This promotes positive changes in thought patterns and behaviors. By emphasizing these new helpful thoughts and with a focus on coping skills and resilience, she believes that even in the difficult moments, something positive can be gained, offering opportunities for growth.

Together, you and Gina will explore ways to navigate life’s challenges, build inner strength, and create a path towards greater emotional and behavioral well being.
