Gianna Maier, LSW

Associate Therapist

Gianna is a graduate from Kutztown University who specializes in trauma informed practices through a holistic, integrative approach. Gianna has worked closely with those that also struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and bipolar disorders, LGBTQIA+ related issues. Gianna helps support individuals who are ready to heal from past wounds—emotional, physical, and spiritual—and reconnect with their true selves. Gianna’s practice blends evidence-based trauma therapies with mindfulness, somatic work, and holistic techniques to honor the whole person, not just the symptoms. Healing is not linear, but with compassionate guidance and a safe space, transformation is possible.

As a social worker, Gianna uses holistic and trauma-informed approaches to guide treatment. In therapy, Gianna will help you to understand and connect with your inner self and learn how to cope with the obstacles that brought you to therapy. Gianna also provides family therapy and is open to work with all ages. It is Gianna’s priority to provide a safe space where you feel that you can be your true authentic self. In Gianna’s free time, you may find her spending time in nature, hiking, working out, writing, reading, and spending time with those she loves!
