Eleni McKnight, MA, MFT is an associate-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Middle Tennessee. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and is certified in EMDR. Eleni specializes in trauma, eating disorders, and substance use, with experience supporting individuals facing complex mental health challenges.
Outside of her clinical work, Eleni is a published author and passionate about the arts, literature, and fiber crafts. She enjoys travel, music, theatre, and spending time with her two cats, Maggie Mae and Mabelline.
