Gemma is our Operations and Client Services Manager at Ellie Mental Health–Framingham. She plays a central role in welcoming new referrals by setting up client records, verifying insurance, and confirming first appointments to ensure a smooth and supportive start to care. Gemma works diligently to keep client information up to date and to address ongoing balances in a timely and respectful manner. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she is always happy to answer questions and help navigate next steps. Above all, Gemma is never too busy to offer guidance and support, creating a positive experience for both the clients and professionals our office serves.
