What would it be like to have a supportive space focused on your growth, healing, and well-being? Gabriella works collaboratively with clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other challenges, helping them better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change.
Gabriella works with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and co-occurring disorders. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation. She believes mental health deserves the same attention and care as physical health and is committed to helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward their personal goals.
Gabriella is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University. She has experience across a variety of settings, including youth partial care programs, schools, and nonprofit organizations. Her work has primarily focused on children and adolescents, while also supporting young adults and older adults. She has provided therapeutic support and crisis intervention for high-risk adolescents, advocated for individuals with disabilities as a mentor and resource, and supported first-generation and underrepresented college students as they navigated academic, personal, and mental health challenges.
