Life can feel overwhelming when your mind will not slow down, your responsibilities keep piling up, and no matter how hard you try, you still feel stuck. You might be holding it together on the outside while struggling to keep up on the inside. You do not have to figure it out alone. Gabriel offers a focused, supportive space where you can gain clarity, process what is weighing on you, and start moving forward with purpose.
Gabriel works with individuals (13+) navigating trauma, anxiety, and burnout, especially those who feel stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break. Many of his clients are managing ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or neurodivergence, and are tired of feeling disorganized, overwhelmed, or frustrated with themselves. Gabriel helps clients build practical systems for focus, follow-through, and emotional regulation while also addressing the deeper experiences that may be holding them back.
As a therapist trained in EMDR, Gabriel specializes in helping clients process both recent and long-standing trauma, including PTSD. Whether you are dealing with painful memories, chronic stress, or a constant sense of being on edge, EMDR can help reduce emotional intensity and create space for real, lasting change. He integrates EMDR with CBT, Gestalt, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a structured yet flexible approach tailored to you.
Many of the people Gabriel works with are used to being the one others rely on. He has a strong focus on supporting caregivers, high-functioning individuals, and those who feel responsible for holding everything together. If you are feeling burned out, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and avoidance, therapy can help you reset, regain momentum, and build a more sustainable way of living.
Gabriel also brings a coaching-informed approach to his work, helping clients not only heal, but move forward. He supports clients in setting goals, building consistency, and creating real change in their daily lives, not just insight in session.
His style is collaborative, direct, and action-oriented while still creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. He believes therapy should help you both process your past and make meaningful progress in the present.
Outside of therapy, Gabriel enjoys playing board games and staying active with pickleball.
