He strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful goals. His clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Francisco enjoys working with adolescents and adults and is committed to ongoing professional growth. He is currently working toward his Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure while continuing to expand his clinical skills and provide compassionate, client-centered care.
