Postdoctural Resident Therapist

Dr. Fawz has over seven years of experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her PhD in Psychology from Howard University and has extensive experience delivering evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and other concerns.

With a compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered approach, Dr. Fawz is committed to creating a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth.

Dr. Fawz is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while fostering confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful change. In addition to English, she is proficient in Arabic and values the opportunity to support clients in the language in which they feel most comfortable.
