Esha earned her MSW and certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work from the University of Denver. Her passion lies in serving survivors of complex trauma and those living with dissociative responses. Since graduating, Esha has served adults with mood, anxiety, and trauma related disorders to find hope and healing. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, focusing on the whole person. She utilizes ACT, DBT, and various trauma-informed practices, as well as her lived experience to guide her practice. She embraces the healing power of the human-animal bond into her sessions with her guide dog and co-therapist, Dragon by her side!
