Esha Mehta, LSW


Esha believes in the power of healing through connection, creativity, and play. She graduated from DU with her Master’s in Social Work and certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work. Her passion lies in collaborating with those who live with complex trauma and dissociation to heal and reclaim their lives. Esha focuses on the whole person and utilizes ACT, MI, DBT, and various trauma-informed practices. She often partners with her guide dog and co-therapist, Dragon to serve her clients. She identifies as a blind, South Asian woman living with a dissociative disorder and uses her lived experiences to inform her practice.
