Many of the individuals and families I work with are navigating transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change. My approach is centered around helping clients feel understood while also building meaningful, practical change.
With over 15 years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and co-parents. I am particularly passionate about attachment-based work, strengthening family relationships, and supporting individuals through transitions such as parenting challenges, co-parenting dynamics, and major life changes.
Clients often share that they appreciate my balance of warmth and directness. I believe therapy should feel supportive, but also purposeful. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My background includes a Master of Education and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience working with families across different settings has shaped my belief that growth happens through connection, consistency, and feeling genuinely supported.
