Erika is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. She specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. Erika integrates narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in creating meaningful change. Clients can expect a warm, safe, and collaborative space where connection and humor are welcomed. Outside of work, Erika enjoys reading, exploring new coffee and ice cream shops, spending time outside, and being with friends, family, and pets.
