Erika Davis is a social worker, advocate, therapist, administrator and cheerleader! With over 20 years in the social service field, Erika is the new Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health in Avon, IN. Erika received her Master of Social Work degree in 2009 from the University of Illinois and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana in 2014. Erika has worn many different hats in her career, including Guardian ad Litem, Therapist, Mentor, Case Manager, Supervisor, Director, Adjunct Professor, and, most importantly, a Cheerleader for her peers and clients. Erika specializes in working with school aged children and adults who have a trauma history, depression, anxiety, school related issues, and abuse/neglect history. Erika is a trained TF-CBT therapist and previously a credentialed CSAYC provider, working with youth who have sexually maladaptive behaviors and/or a sexual abuse history. Erika is humbled by her work helping others through difficult times and is empowered by every small victory or success her clients and peers experience.
