Erica Thrash, LMHC

Outpatient Therapist

Erica completed her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a Licensed Mental health Counselor (LMHC). She has ten years in the mental health health and three years as a therapist. Erica has experience working in various roles and systems including child welfare, community-based, home-based, residential, school-based and the outpatient setting. She has experience working with youth, adults, couples and families, but currently primarily focuses on working with the adult population. Erica has experience supporting individuals with a variety of mental health challenges, trauma, substance use, relationships challenges and life stressors.

Erica’s goal is to develop a genuine non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with individuals. She works from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective while also integrating evidence-based practices. Her goal is to meet the individual wherever they are in life and support them through their journey. Outside of her professional role, Erica enjoys nature, relaxing, home-projects and spending time with family and friends. She values creativity, optimism and enjoying the simple everyday gifts.
