Erica is a warm and compassionate mental health counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Fisher College. She has provided counseling in both outpatient and in-home settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children as young as five to older adults.
Erica has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma. Erica incorporates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, adapting her methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
Erica is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate challenges, build confidence, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
