Life can feel overwhelming when worries, fears, or painful experiences begin to pile up. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, major life transitions, or living with conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or borderline personality disorder, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with young teens through adults, including individuals in crisis and those who feel flooded by emotions, thoughts, and feelings and aren’t sure what to do with them.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), practicing since 2020. My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and always tailored to your pace. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be your authentic self—one that allows for silence, reflection, encouragement, gentle feedback, and a bit of humor when appropriate.
I chose this profession because I know what it’s like to suffer in silence. Therapy offered me a space to heal and grow, and it’s a privilege to now offer that same space to others. I provide both in-person and telehealth sessions.
