Eric is a Clinical Mental Health counselor with a graduate degree from Lesley University, who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, teens, and adults. He supports clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

Eric integrates a range of evidence-based and expressive approaches including CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, internal parts work, expressive arts therapy, and emotional identification to meet each client where they are. His style is collaborative, creative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change grows from genuine expression, nonjudgemental curiosity, and self-awareness.
