Emma is a Supervisee in Social Work who graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Emma is passionate about helping people move through trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational issues. She takes a person centered, holistic approach that utilizes both skill building and emotional processing. Emma has experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and yoga, and Play Therapy. She especially enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community.
