Emily (she/her/hers) is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), as well as a licensed behavior specialist in the state of Pennsylvania. She believes in meeting clients where they are at, and through a variety of client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused strategies, guiding them through the therapy process to discover ways to help them not only survive in this world, but truly thrive. She has a passion for helping individuals, couples, parents, & families understand that being vulnerable can be beautiful, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Emily enjoys working primarily with young adults, parents, and women with ADHD (as a mom of three young children herself, this is a particular area of passion for her). Emily has been working with individuals & families across a variety of settings in multiple roles over the past 15 years, and employs strengths-based techniques, cognitive behavioral strategies, and many other tools to help individuals, couples, parents, and families thrive with ADHD & neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, family dynamics, women’s issues, and many other challenges.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys hiking & playing board games with her husband, and chasing after her three young children.
