Emily is a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore and overcome life’s challenges. She received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and is well-equipped to help clients process trauma and heal from past experiences.
She integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness, tailoring her methods to meet each client’s unique needs. Emily’s strengths-based, holistic approach focuses on empowering clients to gain insight, build resilience, and foster lasting change.
Emily works primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting them through a wide range of concerns, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment wounds, substance abuse, and addiction. She is passionate about creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of oneself.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, paddle boarding, and cheering for the Eagles and Phillies.
