Emalee is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Heather Parker, M.Ed, LPC-S, NCC in Alabama who believes that making space for hard emotions often reveals resilience, honesty, and the shared humanity that connects us all. She finds deep purpose in walking alongside clients during vulnerable moments—not to fix them, but to honor the courage it takes to feel and heal.
Emalee earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and works with individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, divorce, spiritual abuse, faith transitions, body image concerns, and relational challenges. Her approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and collaborative, drawing from Attachment Theory, DBT, ACT, EMDR, parts work, and somatic practices to support meaningful mental health therapy.
As an Ellie Mental Health provider and Alabama therapist, Emalee strives to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and real. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys good coffee, time in nature, Taylor Swift playlists, puzzles, travel, and life with her two kids and their adorably rambunctious Goldendoodle.
