With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Elyse (she/her) is dedicated to providing individualized therapy to support you in your healing journey. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships issues, negative core beliefs, and grief/loss, Elyse practices a collaborative approach in helping clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. With experience in community mental health, inpatient care, and outpatient settings, Elyse is well-versed in addressing a diverse range of challenges, including substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and domestic violence.

Elyse employs a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Her approach integrates trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT).

Elyse is committed to fostering a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Her approach is rooted in understanding and addressing the complex effects of trauma, helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and develop coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of therapy, Elyse enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
