Liz Schroeder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with a strong background in supporting children and families across a wide range of ages. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Missouri (Mizzou) and her Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL). Liz has extensive experience working within Missouri’s foster care system as well as providing clinical mental health services to children ages 4-18 years old.

Liz is deeply committed to creating supportive, trusting relationships with those she serves.

Liz values being a compassionate listener and enjoys helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. Liz provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves. Her goal is to create a space where individuals feel understood and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace while supporting clients as they make progress towards reaching their goals. Liz values authenticity, collaboration, and building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and respect. Liz specializes in working with those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, familial challenges and relationship challenges.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, Stout, and staying connected with friends and family near and far. A proud St. Louis native, Liz can often be found cheering on the St. Louis Blues, St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis City.
