Elizabeth is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Colorado with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa.
Elizabeth primarily works with adolescents and young adults, while also welcoming adults of all ages and life stages. Her approach is holistic and client-centered, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing skills to support meaningful, lasting change.
