Liz Durfee is a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work with over three years experience working with teen and adult individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including military, veterans, first responders and their families
She knows the benefits of using client-centered interventions to support growth. Liz utilizes a combination of CBT, DBT, CPT, Somatic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and imagery in her work. She provides help to those with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, grief and loss. There can be struggles for individuals beginning in their healing and growth journey. Liz understands these struggles and encourages individuals to reach out.
She is an Army veteran with a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Liz enjoys the outdoors, baking, and exploring new areas in her free time.
