Elise graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She works with children, teens, and adults. She has experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, substance use and recovery, stress, and PTSD. She collaborates with clients to tailor sessions to their needs and preferences, incorporating a variety of interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She believes in creating a safe, supportive, and calming space where individuals feel empowered in their journey of healing and personal growth.
