I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and an Army combat veteran. I began my career supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I later completed a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a Doctorate in Social Work. This combination of training and experience across multiple systems helps me understand how stressors can overlap and intensify, especially when trauma, work demands, identity, and relationships collide.
I work with adults, first responders, and veterans navigating anxiety, high stress, and burnout. Therapy can be the place where you finally set some of that weight down. After graduation, I focused on assessment and diagnosis and worked with severe and persistent mental illness, which strengthened my ability to see the full picture and build a clear plan forward.
My approach blends cognitive strategies with creative tools to help you understand patterns, regulate the nervous system, and build skills you can use in daily life. I keep sessions professional, warm, and goal-focused, while moving at a pace that feels steady and respectful. If you are ready for practical support that feels human, I would be honored to work with you.
