It’s no secret that living a life defined by stress, worry, and depression is miserable and exhausting. Additionally, it can be scary and intimidating to ask for help. In knowing this, one of Diane’s main goals are to support and empower her clients towards living a life full of self-love, wellness, and fulfillment. She aims to cultivate a compassionate, accepting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. When working with Diane, you can expect to work as a team while building up the skills and strengths necessary for your healing.
Diane specializes in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and has experience in addressing issues such as low self-compassion/self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, stress, unhealthy coping, and substance use. She has worked in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adults and adolescents recovering from PTSD. Her approach to treatment includes components of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and prolonged exposure….as well as a bit of humor when needed 🙂
She graduated from Marquette University in 2020 with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently accepting patients ages 18 and older.
