Denise is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings warmth, authenticity, and practical support into her work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions. She uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed skills, mindfulness, and body awareness.
Denise also brings over 10 years of experience supporting children, parents, and families, which shapes her understanding of family systems and safe, supportive spaces. As a mom, she understands the beauty and complexity of balancing care, identity, and everyday life.
Outside of counseling, Denise enjoys traveling, reading, and singing.
