“Therapy isn’t about fixing something broken. It’s about having a safe space to be heard, seen, and understood.” – Gabrielle Union

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re researching therapists or exploring what support might look like, you’ve already started an important journey.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with the tools and understanding you need to thrive. My approach is rooted in my background as a Texas public school teacher, where I dedicated myself to helping children overcome challenges inside and outside the classroom. With a background in Criminal Justice and Psychology, I’ve also had the privilege of working with adults in challenging and transformative situations. I truly believe that with the right support, anyone—child or adult—can rise above their circumstances and create meaningful change in their life.

The fact that you’re seeking help shows incredible strength. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and empowered to take the next steps toward the life you envision. Change is always possible, and you’ve already set that change in motion by being here. Let’s continue this journey together.
