Passionate about alternative therapies like sand play therapy, trauma-based play therapy, EMDR, and expressive therapies, Deb embraces Attachment theory, believing healing happens through relationships. Graduated from Rutgers – State University of NJ with BSW and MSW, Deb continues to pursue learning. Recently relocating to Richmond, she cherishes exploring all the city offers. Deb’s approach integrates mind, body, and spirit work, acknowledging the innate healing potential within each individual.
