Dayana is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a graduate of Montclair State University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working in community mental health settings, supporting individuals with psychotic disorders.
Dayana provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. She works collaboratively to help clients identify goals, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth. Her client-centered approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and connection, with thoughtful use of humor when appropriate.
