Dana Pavlu is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinic Director. Dana earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago. She has 20+ years of experience that includes counseling adolescents and families, child welfare, juvenile justice fields, office-based medical groups and outpatient hospital programs, along with providing individual, family and group counseling. The values of Ellie: Creativity, Authenticity, Humor, Compassion, Acceptance, and Determination are what resonate with Dana and drive her in her everyday interactions with the staff and/or clients.
When she is not working, Dana and her husband can be spotted at a baseball field cheering on their sons. Dana’s commitment to her community extends to serving on her local school board.
