Dadra Davis, MA

Therapist

Dadra brings warmth, humor, and a deeply compassionate presence to her work with clients. She believes that every person is the expert of their own experience and approaches therapy from a person-centered lens—meeting clients where they are, without judgment. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

In her practice, Dadra tailors her approach to each individual’s needs, often integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, she works collaboratively to help them build insight, confidence, and meaningful change—at their own pace. Known for her outgoing and lighthearted personality, Dadra makes therapy feel approachable and down-to-earth. She brings a playful, goofy side to her work when it’s welcomed, believing that healing can be both deep and joyful.

Outside the therapy room, she loves playing tennis and pickleball, exercising, learning new recipes, discovering the best local eats (she’s a proud foodie!), and traveling whenever she can.
