Cynthia is an LPC-MHSP who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a bachelor’s degree in drug and alcohol services and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, both from the University of Memphis.
Cynthia has extensive experiences in working with substance use and addiction issues as well as trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, life changes, as well as ADHD and executive functioning issues.
Cynthia uses tools from CBT, mindfulness and person-centered approaches to help her clients work towards their goals.
